Kelvin Aditya Pratama, known as Kelvin, has extensive legal experience prior to joining Miko Ginting & Partners in 2024. His practice primarily focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, commercial disputes, and general corporate matters. Kelvin has been involved in a wide range of cross-sector matters, representing both private sector clients and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). His expertise spans PKPU (Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations) proceedings, intellectual property disputes, debt restructurings, land and agrarian matters, antitrust issues, unfair business competition, and other matters involving the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU).
Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Padjadjaran University, where he served as President of the Student Executive Board (BEM). In this role, he played a strategic part in building strong relationships with the academic community and representing the university in collaborative decision-making, both within and beyond the campus environment. He later pursued further studies and earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia. Kelvin is also active in sharing his perspectives through publications in national media outlets and legal journals, with a particular focus on legal development in Indonesia.
He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is authorised to represent clients before all courts throughout Indonesia.
